This Warranty & Return Policy is an integral part of the Terms & Conditions of CashOfOne.in and governs the warranty coverage, returns, and device buyback transactions offered by CashOfOne, operated by Geenexa Waste Management LLP.
All refurbished smartphones purchased from CashOfOne are covered by a limited warranty of six (6) months from the date of delivery, unless otherwise specified on the product page or invoice.
The warranty primarily covers software-related issues including operating system malfunctions and system errors not caused by user actions. This warranty does not constitute a comprehensive hardware warranty.
Hardware issues may be considered only if the device shows no signs of physical or liquid damage, has not been opened or repaired by any unauthorized service provider, and the issue is verified through inspection by CashOfOne’s technical team.
The warranty does not cover physical damage, liquid damage, display damage post-delivery, battery degradation due to normal usage, damage caused by unauthorized accessories, rooted or jailbroken devices, or misuse and negligence.
If a warranty claim is approved, CashOfOne may repair the device, replace it with an equivalent model, or issue a partial or full refund if repair or replacement is not feasible.
Returns are accepted only if the device is defective at delivery or materially differs from the product description. Return requests must be raised within the applicable return window from the date of delivery.
Returns are not accepted for change of mind, cosmetic wear consistent with grading, damage caused after delivery, or issues excluded under the warranty.
Once a device has been picked up from a customer and accepted for inspection, ownership transfers to CashOfOne and the device is ordinarily not returnable.
In rare cases, CashOfOne may allow a return at its sole discretion, subject to a minimum handling and administrative charge of 15% of the device’s assessed value, along with any additional logistics or restoration costs.
All decisions relating to warranty claims, returns, refunds, and exceptional approvals shall be made after inspection by CashOfOne and shall be final, subject to applicable law.
Nothing in this policy limits the statutory rights available to consumers under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
